Terms and Conditions
By shopping at Deelaswholesalehub, you agree to the following terms.
1. Order and Payment
- All orders must be paid in full before they can be processed.
- Prices are subject to change without notification.
- Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.
2. Stockpiling and Pick-up Policy
- Customers may store orders for up to 7 days (1 week).
- During this period, you must either:
- Please pick up your order, or
- Request delivery using our “Deliver My Order” service.
- Orders not collected or delivered within seven days will be resold. The value will be kept as store credit and must be used within 30 days (1 month).
- After 30 days, both the goods and the money become forfeit. We will not refund or accept claims.
3. Delivery.
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and logistics partners.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party delivery services. - So customers must provide correct delivery information.
4. Returns/Exchanges
- Once sold, goods are not returnable or refundable, except in the case of an incorrectly shipped item or a defect.
- Please be aware that we will not send damaged products to any customer. If a product is damaged during transportation, it cannot be returned for an exchange. Hold the transportation companies responsible for their carelessness.
- We buy from factories and import, and we are not allowed to return items that have been damaged during transportation.
- All pick-up orders must be confirmed prior to leaving the store. Complaints about missing, defective, or incorrect items will not be considered after pickup.
- Issues with delivery orders must be reported within 48 hours of receiving them.
5. Product Availability.
- Product sales are done on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and offer an alternative or store credit.
6. Customer responsibility.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct personal and delivery information.
We are not liable for any issues caused by incorrect information.
7. Limitations of Liability
- We are not liable for any damage, losses, or claims resulting from misuse of goods, delivery delays, or events beyond our control.
8. Changes in Terms
- These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time.
- Customers are encouraged to review them on a regular basis.
